There's a GIF maker on Pornhub. You have to log into your account (signup is free). When you find a video that you want to make a GIF from there are 3 dots under the video window on the right side, next to the "Report" button. Click on those dots and a window will pop up that says "Make a Gif". Click on that and it'll give you instructions on how to chose the part of the video you want and the duration of the GIF. Once you've made the GIF a box will pop up with links for that specific GIF. You can download your GIF from there. The GIF will also be visible to others on your Pornhub page. And honestly I don't make all the GIFs I post. I run across a lot of them randomly online but I just make it a point to list the links so the producer gets credit.

One last thing. As far as making GIFs of what's on your own hard drive I'll be experimenting with this in the next few days https://imgflip.com/gif-maker. I'll let you know how it works out.

That's Lil Dee. You can also find her under the name Goddess Dee. Did videos for Real Tickling, Tickle 2 (formerly Tickle Abuse 2), Jamie Daniels and a few other companies in the 2000's and early 2010's. Still shoots occasionally but she's married with a kid now so she's not quite as active in the community.
