Black Canari Wants Answers F/M Non Nude (superheroine interrogation)

[Tickled Guy]

One of the cities biggest crime bosses has captured her partner and is holding him at a secret location. The Black Canari takes one of the bosses henchmen prisoner and interrogates him to find out where. When he refuses to answer her questions she removes his shoes and starts tickling his feet to try and get him talking. The henchman laughs and struggles quite a bit but refuses to tell her anything. She moves to his upper body and tickles his sides for a minute but he still won't talk. The Canari returns to his feet and really digs in with her nails, driving him wild. Will this make him talk or will more extreme measures be needed?
