The pic of sailor neptune being tickled is actually a very well done photo manipulation....unfortuneatley =(

The gif. however is from an anime called Moeyo Ken which ADV dubbed, and I had the pleasure of working on. The clip itself is a good 10-12 seconds long and the laughter is much better in the dub than in the original japanese. If I can get my video capture to work i'll try to make a .mpg or something of it.

The first one in the third batch also looks like a screen shot but I don't recognize the anime. Anyone have any clue what it's from?

Not much more than a clue. Johnleekl has the picture on his Yahoo site and identifies it as "Lamune". I don't know if that's the girl's name or the title of the series. Might be a starting point.

Am most anxious to see the mpg! Hope you can make it happen!

PS: I found a reference for Lamune:

Check the second entry, Lamune 01. You'll find this picture or one very like it. This is evidently an OAV or a TV series.

Thanks littlebighead. I just found out a friend of mine had the actual Lamune clip!

It's pretty good, but i'm sure the laughter in the dub will be much better.
