Computer Help Please!

I need help with my laptop please. I bought a Windows 10 laptop made by Lenovo just last fall. For about a week now, my entire keyboard has been unresponsive. I've tried scanning for viruses, updatingyhe drivers, shutting down/restarting, toggling some settings, but nothing has worked so far. Also I must add that nothing happened before this occured. I just turned it on one day like normal and this happened out of nowhere. Does anyone have any ideas please??

Is the keyboard still displayed in the device manager’s list, and is there any driver problem detected?

Does your laptop recognize and work with any external keyboard?

In any case, first try to find and install the latest version of the keyboard’s drivers in the device manager window. It seems more like the keyboard’s controller malfunction, and perhaps you’ll have to replace the mainboard. It is an expensive repair, so you can use a wireless keyboard instead.
