I love Daily Motion......

After viewing several tickling clips this year on their site...

I recently purchased from Tickle Central, 4 clips and one from Tickle

Abuse II. None of the clips I bought are still on the site.

I bought Britnee's turn for revenge on Sammi, Feffi tickles Candace,

Lee and Daena tickle Britney, Britnee double team tickled by he friends,

From Tickle abuse II Amber licked and tickled.

I consider all excellent clips.

I appreciate Daily Motion posting these clips. They made a great preview.

Viewing the clips in advance helped me to decide which clips to buy...

So congrat's to Daily Motion...

I quit enjoy Daily Motion more so then I do YouTube now, now that I'm using it after I signed up for it a few weeks ago. Great and lovely website for Tickling video clips and previews of video clips and of course also my thing for PAWG video clips :happyfloa

I hate DailyMotion...

That damn site hosts many copyrighted clips that are shared illegally, penalizing several producers who work hard to make them and who need the money from their sales to afford making more. I agree that one can find a lot of free previews there, which is ok, and I'm glad it encouraged you to buy the full-length clips. But such previews can easily be found on forums like the TMF or on the producers' websites anyway. Most people just get the clips they can find on DailyMotion without ever buying anything. I don't support DailyMotion, and I have no wish to see any of my clips there, including the free previews.

That seems a tad nearsighted, no? It isn't exactly DailyMotion posting the clips, it's their users, just like copyrighted material can end up on youtube or many other places. They all have takedown requests too, so copyright owners can have their content removed pretty easily. Preview clips though, it's an excellent way for someone to come across something they may not have otherwise. The TMF is not an ideal way for finding new things - clips, producers, what have you. You have to know what threads you're clicking on and once they're off the front page ever seeing them is pretty unlikely. Whereas video sites give you thumbnails of related content to attract you. Seems good for business on that account.

Of course the DailyMotion people aren't responsible. But it doesn't change the fact that a lot of copyrighted clips end up there (which the DailyMotion people know full well, of course).

No, not that easily. For starters, you have to find the clips before you can have them removed. It can be tricky, especially since posters often change the clip titles. And I think it's fair to say that producers have other things to do than constantly check all the video-sharing sites for illegal clips. A producer can have clips on a video site for months or years, with thousands of people seeing them, without even knowing it.

Preview clips though, it's an excellent way for someone to come across something they may not have otherwise.

I'm not talking about preview clips. I'm talking about full-length copyrighted clips. Do you really think most people who view/download such clips feel the need to buy the real thing if they like what they see? You might do that, but if so you're part of a very small minority. The fact is that piracy is always harmful to producers.

I maintain that forums and tickling clip sites are perfectly good places to find previews. And less random that sites like DailyMotion. Take my own previews, for instance. Every single one of them can easily be found on my website. And if someone takes the time to do a search, he/she can also find then on the TMF. There's really no need to look for them anywhere else.

Of course, if someone wants to get a bunch of illegal clips and doesn't care how damaging that can be, then I agree that DailyMotion and other video-sharing sites are potentially good resources.

Clip titles and zero tags are the main things. I appreciate your irritation, TLL, but what got me subscribing at MyFriendsFeet, for example, was the preview clips posted on free sites. So yeah, probably people are consuming your work for free, but your work is also being advertised for free, and like with anything else, if people see it and like it enough they'll buy it.

Can I /guarantee/ that? No. Are you probably getting screwed over in this deal? No question -- it'd be way better for people to come to your site to get the free samples and generate traffic and revenue that way. But is there some benefit? Yeah, there's some benefit. You've got to decide a) how much interest you have in reducing free peeps vs. attracting potential customers and 2) how much time you intend to devote to tracking the freebies down and removing them.

I'd focus my rage on the repeat offenders who buy once and share freely, and they're easy enough to track down -- if you can access my playlist there you'll find a dozen. But hating dailymotion and u2b too is entirely within your rights. :)

If it wasn't for The clips posted on Daily Motion and I mean the full clip

I would not have known which clips to buy. Because they can be dropped at any time

I know that I have to purchase the clips.

It works quite well for me.

It's free promotion for the video producers I think anyway...

I don't like to purchase clips that I have not been able to preview.

I mean preview in total if I can.

I don't want the clips for free...

I will admit that I watch full videos on there as well. I mean I can't help it that they are there. My rule is if I see something that I really liked I'll go ahead and buy it because I know that the free video could be taken off at anytime. Now what I don't understand is why stuff is taken down so fast on YouTube and on Dailymotion it can stay up for months and months. Hell I have seen vids over a year old! It is as if Dailymotion just doesn't give a damn or maybe they don't have as many workers constantly checking the site for copyrighted materials. I mean YouTube is owned by Google.

As a broke college kid, dailymotion helps my pockets out a lot.
But I always kinda feel like shit when I don't pay for my porn, because I know all those producers worked hard to give me this clip, and I'm not doing my part.

So ya know- win/lose.

I understand TLL's point but here's the thing. Alot and I mean ALOT of producers 'previews' are a 10 second clip of some chick talking about coffee or whatever while being tied down and right before the tickling starts....... the preview ends. That is worthless and is doing nothing more than waisting your bandwidth. And at time that 10 sec preview is of tickling, but it is of the 10 BEST seconds in the video. And lets face it, all tickling titles are exaggerated. Very rarely do you see "this girl is lame and faking it, but shes HOT HOT HOT"..........Tickling clips pay for more to be made, i get that, but they are not cheap! I have seen full vids on free sites that have made that producer alot of money from me. for example, I find a clip on dailymotion... It is AWESOME, the girl is hot, the tickling is bad ass. Can't find anymore of her so i go to the website at the bottom of the video. There I find, AND PAY FOR, 6 more vids of her. Moral of the story, the world is a fuck fest.... you can't escape that, and you're going to give and receive! ALWAYS put your website on the bottom corner of the vid so pirates know where to go if they want more!!!

To my own personal shame I have wanted to bring this very topic to the forum but feared the potential fallout of the enormous full length tickling content that is available. Oh well, I have spent many dollars on unworthy clips. Clips that were interesting during their 10 second previews just to find that those tens seconds were the only good content. So yes it is not fair to the industry that these methods of display are being done. Not to worry I'm sure some enterprising young elephantiasis will open a business to find and report just such content for the deprived film makers.

I never really use daily motion but I did come across this german site that has a ton of tickling videos it's just a pain because most of it isn't in english but the videos are. Daily motion is the one that has alot of ads right?

You're missing my point entirely. I don't have a problem with free previews being shared. Of course those are good for both producers and customers. The problem is copyrighted, full-length clips being shared. Some people defend this by saying it's good for the producers because it's advertisement that encourages people to buy the real thing. Yeah, right. That's a huge load. Let's be honest here, in practice the huge majority of people who find full-length clips feel absolutely no need to buy the legal stuff. Why would they? Among those people are potential customers who may very well have bought some clips. Those are lost sales that hurt the producers. I don't see why this is so hard to understand.

Well, I did also say I had a few subscriptions in my account there, and if you want to use it as a starting point you can discover some of the repeat offenders that way. I know YouTube recently removed several clips I had in my favorites -- some promos, some not -- and I simply said oh well, because 1) that's the prerogative of the copyright holder, and b) there's lots of OK amateur stuff there to look at too.

Seriously, raise your hands, anyone feels like working for free! Yeah, I thought so. Decided lack of armpits around here all of a sudden. It's not that I don't understand why this is upsetting. I said it's a matter of how much effort you as a producer feel you want to expend, given how easy it is for the public to share copyrighted files freely on these video server sites and for people to just come back again and again and again as different names or worse, target producers and post entire bodies of work.

I wish you luck.

Darth Sidious is currently suing the crap out of illegal downloaders and uploaders, and plans to continue.......you guys may want to be careful or you could be next.

I'm still waiting for Christina's clips...and hopefully her future suntan colored sheer toe pantyhose/stockings tickling clips....so stop pirating clips!

I would be curious to know if The Last Laugh has ever used limewire, rapidshare, or any other site to pirate music or movies. Or how about copying or burning a CD or ripped something off of youtube...... Its the same thing but it seems much less evil when its not your ass getting screwed. Basically what im getting at is people shouldn't throw shit in rubber rooms..... some might come back on ya....

I've never pirated media of any kind. How do ya like them apples?

Anyway, I think it would be funny for all the big-name producers to just start shutting their studios down, and when everyone whines, say "sorry. too much piracy." Then we'll see how long that sort of thing lasts when no one's producin' anything to steal...

Bullshit. you've never owned a ripped or copied cd in your life? Bullshit. I'm sure you'll stick to your guns on that though....

Boycotts only work when the product is perishable. i'm sure the community could live alot longer on the stuff they own and whats already floating around on the interwebs alotb longer than producers can survive without there income. Plus, the smaller producers that don't go with the boycott would become the new 'BIG' Producers and take over the market share....

I'm not saying pirating is ok, im just saying 'It's gonna happen'. Its unfortunate but true. And the people that try to fight it generally accomplish nothing other than looking like whiny assholes (ex. Metallica v Napster). Its not like its just happening to one producer. And there are some producers on here that are doing well enough that they gift us with complete vids from time to time. So the question that needs to be asked is, if one is being choked out by pirates, is there product not worthy of the price asked...........

If you've already decided I'm a liar, there's no point in repeating myself, but no. I've never owned a ripped or copied CD in my life.

I know it's hard to grasp, but some of us actually pay for the media we consume, because it's the right thing to do.

I paid for some of my clips, the ones I've personally wanted, but I've hundreds of clips that I got "illegally" from LimeWire (RIP) and other places that I enjoy. And I agree, Daily Motion is an awesome site for viewing clips, some you can't even find to purchase.
