If you are talking about an adult 'massage parlor,' then request it when you book the appointment, there might be someone on staff willing to do it. Same with a dungeon.
But from an actual massage therapist? Absolutely positively not. Their jobs are not sexual in nature, and it would be offensive and rude to expect that from a professional therapist. Would you ask that of your accountant, dermatologist, or pharmacist? Of course not. Just to confirm, I messaged my two close friends who are MTs and one who is a reflexologist, and they all were a definite NO.
