Does anyone know anything about this pic?

Ok asking for help from our long time members here. I have always wanted to know about the vid related to this pic. I have seen several short clips (I know theyre still on extremetickling.com), but I have never stumbled across anything to tell me where its from or who made it. For me this was the clip that started it all. The first one I ever saw... ever. I remember it like it was yesterday, viewing it on Camp Tickle's website. I would love to know if a whole film exist's somewhere. Or anything about it really. Any Info would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that's from FM Concepts' first tickle video, FC-5, made way back in the ancient days of the '90s. You can still get it at FM's rather user-hostile Web site under the title "Ticklish Toes."
