yesterday morning i heard the most god-awful noises coming from the screened in porch. chelsea was going crazy.. hissing, growling, yeowing. i never heard such noises coming from such a sweet cat. seems there was another cat in the backyard, and chelsea was climbing the screen and hissing as if she had gone mad. her tail was twice the normal size. i mean if chelsea had gotten out, she would have torn into that cat, and that cat was much bigger than chelsea.. my sweet cat turning vicious..so hard to believe. lol..then after she settled down, she came inside and was as cuddly as ever.

here's a picture of the would be attacker.. does she look vicious to you? :jester:

Izzy your Princess is sooooooo pretty! I love how cats react! So different from dogs! She looks like a sweetie!!!!!!!! :redheart: I had a cat that looked just like her as a kid named Cloe. Cloe was like 30lbs though! FAT as heck! Your baby is so lean! TOO CUTE! :redheart: :justlips:

OH well do not blame me she is hiding her charms very well….so they are sultry eyes instead of cocky.
And If you were Chelsea and a yellow and white tabby got in your roof you will spoke or “miaow”like this:
-Listen boy the way I see it why can do this two ways. Either we keep the hissing and fluffy tail routine for another 6 hours until my slave downstairs come to pick me up and end the fun, or we cut the crap and make this roof hot ….now what are you waiting?..Holly crap!!! Don’t tell me they have already taken your jewels off!!....Shit the third in a week!!...Well boy not to worry come here to mama and I will show you that your tongue can do more than just lick cream. Purrrrr

ahh yes that would do the trick.. however i don't allow my cat outside of the screened porch.. she lives longer that way..

Mel, your Chelsea looks absolutely gorgeous and yeah when they defend their territory their hackles (think thats the word) spring up :) its so funny to see and yep the yowling is so loud and sounds as if they are in pain :jester:

thank you love..chelsea is my lifesaver, when we got her, it was the first time i laughed since my mom and my other cat had died, only a month apart. my other cat was eighteen and also black.. we called her stevie. and wow was she a talker..
