Considering its chemistry, a weak base, aspirin and citric acid it would probably burn slightly, cause localized inflammation and subsequent edema. Doubtless you would experience some of the same symptoms as a cold but once the chemical was adequately flushed the inflammation would subside. But, it wouldn't be lethal, unless in high concentration, or inhaled into the lungs.
