Does this sound like border line prostitution?

Whether she's clothed or not that pretty much is prostitution.

I wouldn't pay for it either. It seems like a hollow experience.

I'm use to paying models to tickle them on camera, but though it's not prostitution, it is a business situation. I get my beatnik glory, they get paid, they leave. I don't mind paying someone for this pleasure, as I couldn't tie and tickle my friends for a few hours on end, not if I wanted to keep them. Models and fetish providers can charge for these pleasures, but so long as there's no sex, I don't consider it prostitution.
Remember, if she approached you on here and made the offer, you can always say no.
How come I never get anyone here hitting on me like that? Because Seattle has very limited options on the TMF. So be it.

From a hobbyist/enthusiast, and a producers point of view, stuff like that is a fine line and pretty sketchy, and your initial reaction is usually the right one in most cases. Don't do it.

Although I would say compensating models (read: models, who do this for a living) for tickling sessions is NOT prostitution. I have some experience in this regard (to say the least). It's a fun an exciting thing to do, and the way I like to look at it...that is their JOB, you're paying for their time, and they LOVE their jobs (I would never, ever, tickle (or film) someone that didn't absolutely LOVE what they do). Just how I'm a freakin' wiz in my particular area of career, and I demand compensation whenever I walk into the office to perform said job. Same difference to me. Some I've filmed for release to the public, others (most), I keep for my private collection. But I'm a ridiculous case anyway...I work with the same 5-6 ladies since forever, so disregard my silly advice lol! :p

There are MANY better avenues to explore for tickling sessions. Some compensated, others not. But what you described isn't one that I'd recommend.

Can't say I'm too surprised. If anyone made such an offer to me, I'd walk away. If I engage in a tickle session with any young lady, I want to make sure that she'll enjoy it. Wanting to be paid reeks of "willing to tolerate". No thank you.

Last time i checked prostitution was a crime.
I don't believe tickling constitutes a crime.....you can't call her a prostitute.

LMAO

Tell her to contact me immediately!

True to form, Maniac. Thanks. I needed that after yet another grueling day ...

Mass: Agreed. Pretty f'd up maneuver on her part. However, there's an easy solution:

Reciprocity.

It's only fair to charge her the exact same amount, but be sure to have her tickle you first ...

;)

Wanna get around prostitution?

Pay for her time. Anything else is between two consenting adults.

Like others have mentioned, I see no glory in paying for sessions, its better if its mutual fun if your meeting up with a fellow member.

What puzzles me most here is that she first did it for free and now wants to charge...what kind of crap is that!? :) Like giving someone a free WoW-trial?? :)

Anyways....to me, every act that is done to get someone else off sexually, be it tickling, spanking or punching needles through balls IS prostitution.

Let's talk about producers....if the producer is feeling sexual pleasure while tickling his models, I would say that also is prostitution. Why would it be different there?

She also mentioned that she was willing to do it with as little clothes on so now that is getting into sexual touching almost for payment.
First off, I don't blame you for not wanting to pay for it, as I wouldn't either, but where does the jump from "as little clothes on" to "sexual touching" come into play? Where had you planned on tickling her that because of the simple removal of a garment automatically made it immediately sexual? That is because you let sexual things happen the first time so you are expecting it to happen again. I understand you are pissed that you got it free the first time and now you can't, but calling it prostitution is a stretch if sex isn't going down (no pun intended). There are quite a few really outstanding people here that are nothing but courteous and respectful of the girls here at gatherings that frequent their local dungeons all the time and have an agreed on agenda that calls for tickling only for money that is on the up and up. I'm just saying I don't think I'd get into calling it prostitution based on the one time you played and what you two felt comfortable enough to do with each other. If she's selling sex, than yes.

To pose a question if I may?

Since she offered to let you tickle her, next to nude, sexual touching and all, but wanted you to pay for the privilage, that could very well be considered prostitution. And if that is the case, then you could be considered the john. And if she made this offer here on site, that could bring this site into the equation as well.

With that in mind, I am wondering if you should let a mod know of the situation. We here must stay well away from the fine line between legal and illegal.

This is just my two cents worth.

I think she just wants you cloth-less so that she can make sure she gets all of your tickle spots. As we all know, clothes usually hide some of the most ticklish ones, and I think she just wants to make sure you get your money's worth.

Let's talk about producers....if the producer is feeling sexual pleasure while tickling his models, I would say that also is prostitution. Why would it be different there?

Cause they arnt paying for sexual gratification, theyre paying so they can make money, if sexual gratification is also acheived then thats a bonus.

Having said that, the definition of prostitution is simply "One who solicits and accepts payment for sex acts" and even tho the act is perhaps not sexual to the model, it is to the producer and in the eyes of the customers.

So where do you draw the line? Because in theory if the producer was not aroused by tickling and neither was the model, and it was done for financial gain from the target market then the act isnt sexual and not prostitution, and if you can argue that it is then you can also kinda argue that filming anyone doing anything for payment is prostitution because someone may find it arousing.

And that why we have the word "porn" to make things all better, I dont think you can have porn and prostitution at the same time, one kinda cancels the other doesnt it?

I dunno, but theres some points to think about anyway :p

Uhm...huh? I didn't get that!

@Haribish: Makes sense...to a point....I guess with a good lawyer you could stretch and bend things however you wanted. :)

Thats pretty much what I get from it, it could be either both or neither depending who you ask, what the majority of socitety says and what the intentions are/believed to be.

At least you got the offer that many of us never get.
Maybe you're just paying for the petrol?

If you want to pay for a tickling session, you can as well go and visit a dungeon, what kind of offer do you need?
