If that neptune pic is an edit, it's the best i've ever seen. I have to ask about the RGB pic. IS that a manga, or anime or what? ALmost looks like the back of a anime video. Either way, i have to say i'm very curious. Perhaps theres another tickling video out there.

While I'm not sure what it is exactly, I have seen this picture before. You can see an enlarged version here. I have a funny feeling it's from a game, by the looks of it -- but it would help if someone who can read Japanese would come take a look. ^^x

How do you know that the Neptune one is an edited picture?
Actually, this is my first time to edit a picture from an original version.
For the RGB pic, I can only find one Japanese web which has an introduction of it.
