Doom must think he's got ahold of Sue Storm! A bit dim for a tyrannical super-genius... her hair color isn't even the same! On the other hand, if anyone could work out a way to keep a stretchy gal like Elastigirl hogtied, Victor'd be the one! Cool subjects, both! Doom is villain #1 as far as I'm concerned. Hope the MCU does him as much justice as you have!

In my head-canon, something more surreal is going on.
Doom is aware he's not tickling Sue or a distaff counterpart of Reed.
But Elastigirl is not actually being tortured: she loves it, or it's some kind of therapy for her.
