Favorite/Most Creative Adverbs you've used /heard to describe degree of ticklishness

I would like to read some of your suggestions... What are some of your favorite buzzwords that get your wheels turning, juices flowing, engines running - as far as the adverbs you have used, heard used or read when describing a person's extreme ticklishness? Maybe you or somebody else have even used them to say how ticklish you are....

Examples: Ridiculously ticklish
Impossibly ticklish
Deathly ticklish
Spastically ticklish

and so forth... Have fun!

I used the phrase "unbearably ticklish" when my wife used an electric toothbrush at the base of my toes. It's been a phrase that has stuck with us ever since. She loves to make me beg while tied up and ask me "How ticklish is this spot?". And I'll beg and say through helpless laughter that it's unbearably ticklish!

My favorite is calling a spot "dreadfully ticklish" because it expresses the fear and dread of being tickled there.

"Embarrassingly ticklish" is one I've used during a massage appointment lol.
"Horribly ticklish" too - even though I love it, I hate it...I can not explain this.

My 2 favorites would have to be "deathly ticklish" and "insanely ticklish". I also love "beyond ticklish".

I like that one, a lot! "Embarrassingly" ticklish sort of lends itself to the psychology behind a person knowing their own degree of being unable to resist succumbing to it, as in the natural reflexive physical and vocal reaction to it - something I have always had a strong interest in and struggle to find the words to describe, but I do spend a great deal of time thinking about it generally in this way.
