Feet people. Pickiest Ticklephiles?

Maybe someone can help explain why it seems that our 'feet' people (the majority of, mind you.) seem to be extremely finicky when it comes to feet.

Where as someone who prefers upper body seems to love all shape, size, color and curve?

What is it that deems a pair of feet 'worthy'??

Size difference between the big toe an the middle toe?

Nail alignment?

Pigmentation of the sole?

Specific instep size?

Feet are feet?! -- and some I've seen are blatantly unkempt.. but there have been a shitload of images of perfectly normal looking feet and a ton of folks deeming them nasty.

For myself, the most important thing are relatively soft soles with few if any callouses. Well kept nails, and most important, very to extremely ticklish soles.

I've never been a foot guy myself, but I've been hanging out on line with feet people ever since before the turn of the century. They don't seem all that finicky to me. Quite the opposite, in fact. If a female foot has five toes, a heal and a sole, most of these guys are satisfied. I remember wondering if it was possible to post a picture of a female foot and somebody respond in the negative. I finally saw it happen but the poster went out of her way to find a pair of feet with every textbook malady known to modern medicine.

I love female feet of all kinds. I prefer larger feet, but it is not a deal breaker.

I'm not a 'foot guy', but how a woman treats her feet are important.

Women, as a whole, don't typically like their feet. That being said, if a woman does take care of her feet (no callouses, clean, etc.), then it's a pretty good indicator that she takes care of the rest of her body.

Im a foot man. Im not heavily into boobs to be honest.
The way i see it, boobs are round(ish) with a nipple on it. Yet, millions of men will have different opinions on what makes tits attractive or not.
If you showed me a picture of 100 different people's feet, and i could tell you which ones i liked, just because "i know it when i see it". Im not really looking for anything (like spaces between toes as you said hehe), but when i see a pair of feet i like, i just 'know'

Well, I'm really picky as a foot guy, in terms of what feet are attractive...but I would say that feet in a tickling context is a different story than feet on a "foot fetish " context. Certainly, a truly ticklish pair of feet in a tickling context is of most value, but in terms of other activities, I'm very fussy. Fortunately for me, my wife has what I consider perfect feet- so I am VERY lucky. I wish that she was just a LITTLE more ticklish, though!

Most ticklephiles with a tendency towards one body part or another have just as many preferences as foot guys, in my opinion.

Some belly button lovers prefer innies, others prefer outies, and so on. Some underarm enthusiasts like a little stubble, others don't.

I think the foot people get a bad rap around here, largely due to the misconception that if one member who likes feet is annoying / finicky / weird then they all must be.

Everyone has their preferences, I doubt most foot guys' are overly selective though. It's a lot like what people prefer in terms of physicality of significant others. I would prefer a tall, muscular brown-haired green-eyed genius comedian, but that is really narrowing it down and in turn, I accept people of all hair colors/eye colors / heights etc.

I think feet people (and underarm people and bellybutton people) have an idea of their perfect pair, but as long as the feet are clean (although some are into the dirty sole thing) and taken care of, most pod people will be happy.

That's the one's I'm referring to; The overtly picky one. And what/why it is such a big deal in a sense. There was an image posted of a pair of perfectly normal feet and were deemed 'nasty' by another person.

Feet arnt just feet, if you find them attractive then they need to be to your taste for the attraction to thrive, im guilty of being very picky when it comes to what i call a nice foot,

as far as ticklign goes, yeah, if its ticklish and im working that area then im not massively fussed what it looks like but there are limits, the same as with anythign about a lee, i need a level of attraction to be there really,call me shallow but i wouldnt play with someone i found overly unattractive, i just woudlnt enjoy it, nor would i enjoy tickling a bent out of shape dry hard smelly foot,

Know what's weird? For me anyway. I've noticed it has a lot more to do than just a particular body part. It has everything to do with the person.

If that makes sense.

Someone could be perfect in every sense but if they're boring or something about their personality turns me off, body parts become...body parts. Hard for me to have any interest beyond that.

There has to be something more about the woman as a whole for her to be part of one of my fantasy realm or a real life encounter.

Good post, Annie. I believe you're dead-on. It's like anything else in life not even pertaining to the human body. Some people are real finicky about how their food is prepared, condition of the car they drive, having the perfect outfit for a night out and so on. I think it's the same kind of near-obsessiveness that applies here, but feel free to disagree.

Also, we have to remember that many people with foot fetishes need to have foot play present to achieve orgasm or even arousal.

Pleasure can become addictive so the more attractive the foot, in their opinion / perception, the better the orgasm.

If you require foot play for sexual activity, that be very frustrating since foot fetishes, while common, are not widely accepted, and when they are it's very likely that said foot could be non-ticklish or overly calloused. This, in turn, could pose a problem as a distraction for those that require foot action to become amorous.

Beautiful feet are nothing more than a subset of a beautiful person. However, feet seem to engender a special level of endearment that mainstream society feels should be kept to whispers. No one thinks twice when they hear reference to beautiful breasts, ass, legs, neck, stomach, eyes, lips, and face.

Just like the “normal” sex objects, a beautiful foot comes in many different shapes & sizes, mostly defined by the way they accessorize the rest of the body, much like a purse does to a dress. While each of us may have certain biases when describing the “perfect” foot, most of us also appreciate a pretty one that falls far short of perfection.

The most beautiful part of the foot though is not the visual aspects; it’s much more about the sensual stimulus aspect. I’ve never met a girl who didn’t crave a long deep foot massage. In fact, if given the choice, I believe most women would prefer a foot massage to sex. Tickling is just an extension to the stimuli with reactions & tolerance as varied as the woman themselves.

In my mind, any guy that derives pleasure from stimulating his partner should be as enthusiastic to do so at her feet as any other erogenous zone. Conversely, some women are unaware of the pleasure their feet can bring to a relationship until they encounter someone with that passion. I have personally experienced that situation in my relationships, and while I’m not going to name names, it seems that some here are also awakening to that pleasure as well.

You could also ask why men as so finicky when it comes to breasts. I bet the reason is the same in both cases (though I'm not quite sure what it is).

Or, maybe the fact that feet are so anatomically complex has something to do with it. Feet have a lot of different features, curves and proportions to appreciate.

I'm not sure that's entirely true. Maybe it seems that way because fewer people discuss those body parts. At the same time, let's consider the fact that feet are a major fetish. While I'm sure some people do have, say, an armpit fetish, there's a lot fewer of them around. I'm under the impression that the percentage of foot tickling fans that are also foot fetishists is a lot higher than the percentage of upper body tickling fans who have an armpit/rib/belly/etc. fetish. Then again, maybe I'm wrong.

i confess to being guilty of being picky when it comes to feet. but like someone said earlier, it's hard to explain, but i know what i like when i see it.

i generally prefer smaller feet, like size 5's and 6's, but the soles being soft and silky and clean and sensitive is probably the most important thing. and high arches are a plus.

as for ticklishness, not as important to me if the girl is extremely ticklish, although that is a bonus, but more important that she loves having them tickled. best is when she is ticklish, but looves having them tickled.

I don't know, while her tops aren't that great, I think her soles look just fine. Mind you, I don't like her one bit as a person. She's pure trash, a waste of human life. But I don't see any reason not to enjoy her soles anyway.
