it was a black female radio host tickling her co hosts feet that were propped up on a desk. it was on twitter i believe
 
She was tickled by Sherri Shepherd. Kym Whitley has been tickled twice by Sherri on her feet and she was tickled on her foot while using a massage chair.

Sherri Shepherd was also tickled on The View in an episode where they were experimenting with unconventional beauty products. She had her feet tickled while receiving a fish pedicure.
