Help with a song

so i came across this video and was wondering if anyone new the song that is played at the end of this video. the song starts about the 11:45 minute part and continues till the end of the video. It is loud and the song is barely heard but there are parts that can be made out and others that cannot be understood. (Disclaimer: this video does contain sexual content and nudity). If anyone knows the name of the song please respond to this post or post the name on my page. Thank you.

I listened 4 times, with my eyes shut, looking away from the computer and couldn't pick up a hook or line of lyrics. That's usually how you can best find out a song title. I would suggest doing that if you can.

You owe me 800 dollars for not clarifying that it wasn't anything to do with tickling, therefore requiring me to need therapy due to shock.

That is Mika I believe - a song called "We are Golden" - I was able to make it out by hearing the lyric "teenage dreams in a teenage circus"
