Sleep is very important for the human body. It's the body’s time to rest and repair itself. Poor sleep leads to a poor immune system, a poor memory and poor reaction time. You can even die if you go without sleep for a long enough period of time.
We're supposed to get 8-9 hours of sleep a night, but I'm willing to bet that most of us don't. The average American sleeps for a little less than 7 hours a night. The average college student gets around 5-7. I, being an average college student, get around 5-6.
So let's see how much sleep the average TMF member gets.
