If i was tied up at a fair and my socks and sandals stripped off would you tickle me?

I always wear shoes and socks or my comfort sandals I cant stand to go barefoot my feet are really soft and sensitive. So if I was tied up and you watched my sandals and socks slowly stripped off and someone asked u to tickle me would you? and if you had a full rack of weapons to use what would you use to tickle me most? I really want your input
