I kind of try to figure it out day by day. Main ambition is to be a good person and find happiness, which is harder than it seems lol but the journey is interesting

Yep! I read a lot of books about buddhism, taoism, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, am in one-on-one therapy and take a class on DBT. I also try to do yoga and mediation regularly.
