Birthday came and went, and no one remembered or gave a crap... I am left wondering if I am so valueless to everyone around me, and maybe should just disappear forever. I ponder it.

What exactly are you looking for? You cannot expect people to make things happen for you. What about you is of value? That is for you to find out and make apparent to everyone else.

I would tell you that if you feel that way...then you need to fundamentally change your surroundings and life. Find something that makes you happy and go from there. Don't expect anything from anyone. Have faith in yourself, and the others will come along.

Being remembered is always nice on ones birthday. But sometimes it does not happen.

Your worth comes from within, not how anyone sees or acts toward you.

You have to get out there and be active, whether it's people in the
fetish community, or anywhere else. I'm going through a period of
hermit-ness, I just moved to a new city for a new job, and I don't
have any friends here. It's hard to get out and meet people. But
you have to make an effort. Even if you just start participating in
conversations online here, or wherever, and start getting to know
people through posting, you'll develop friendships here. I have many
friends who I have never even met. Gotta be a friend to get a friend,
know what I mean? If you ever want to talk, feel free to send me

Haven't had my birthday celebrated in almost ten years. It bothered me at first for three years or so but I look at as everyday is my birthday and i should celebrate my existence everyday. For instance, I bought myself a game last week---happy birthday to me.
