If you can't go with someone...don't go. It's that simple. Especially in a big city like London. She might be fine, but she also might be some girl who's out to make money.

If you haven't seen her references, portfolio, or talked with anyone who has worked with her in the past, how can you trust throwing two bills down on her. This may seem rudimentary, but maybe you should ask her for her resume? If she's legit, she'll have something to show you.

Also, twenty minutes on the right internet sites will show you there are tons of other models open to doing this type of video, it's not like this will be the "one that got away".

You've got a cottage for the weekend...just enjoy that and film a clip later on.

To the first question:

You don't and can't know how ticklish she is until you tickle her or see her tickled. People do not always judge themselves well. This is why most producers of tickling material make it a part of the agreement that there will be a test before the shoot to see if they meet standards. If not you pay a small bit for their time (it's the cost of doing business) and don't film. If she is then off you go, and make a vid.

Escorts are a standard part of the video and modeling world. Most women will bring one when they come to shoot at your location. You accept them. Period. They are there to protect the woman. They should not interfere with your shoot, and if they do then you have every right to bitch to the model. Otherwise treat them as you would any person with respect. They are there to protect their friend, and make sure nothing happens to them.

You will not be able to be 100% undercover on your shoots. People will need to see your face and know your name. You are signing contracts, and running a business that involves a level of trust. You need to stand for yourself. If you can't bear the idea of exposing you fetish to those you'll be filming fetish vids with, then don't start this business.

If you are going to the models location to shoot (very rare, as it exposes the models home location, thats a red flag right there) then you can bring your own friend as a security person, the model should accept them just as you would their security.

I would think a case for sexual assault would be addressed with the contract. It spells out exactly what the model is agreeing too - explicitly. The model is giving consent. You can even film her giving consent before the shoot.

That would just cover everything that is on film! But I am sure the camera is not running from the first to the last second of the model and producer being together!

I've heard several times of models and in fact also photographers who have been sexually harrassed or assaulted - or at least they say they have been - hard to prove if there aren't escorts on both sides!
