Kody Evans just had a pedicure and then went to visit Bailey who is curious and asks if it tickled as she gets a closer look. Bailey starts lightly tickling Kodys feet and toes while she still has her sandals on, getting giggles and laughter for a bit before taking her sandals off completely. Bailey digs in with her nails all over Kody's ticklish bare soles and under her toes, tickling Kody silly as she is in hysterics laughing. Then Bailey finds a hairbrush to scrub the bottom of Baileys feet just like the pedicure and Kody loses it
