I am actually based out of LV. Prostitution is not legal in Las Vegas at all....
Most of the actual dungeons have shut down as well because of the drama of police assuming prostitution was happening.
You can always find sessions, and ticklers & ticklees in LV who are available for private sessions...but from personal experience finding a dungeon is hard out here :-(
