Looking for an old tickling video

Here are the details I can recall...I think it was French-Canadian, or at least the people in the video talked in french.

The girl being tickled was in foot stocks and her arms were tied to a rope which were tied to the ceiling.

The guy tickling her was...I believe fairly heavyset, and electric toothbrushes were used. Some of the torso and upper body got involved as well I recall.

Ring any bells? Anyone know which video I'm referring to?

There are only a few producers out there that i've seen that mainly use French language:

Frenchtickling- probably the one you're referring to.
the last laugh- probably not the one since it's mostly f/f action
ticklingfrance c4s store- not sure how long they've been around so that may or may not rule it out.
