Looking for help with some awesome possible screen caps from episode of the Bachelor

I don't have a dvr recorder and don't know how to take screen shots, but I'm hoping someone out there does! During tonight's (1-30-12) episode of the Bachelor, there were multiple times where a beautiful girl/girls showed her bare soles! And right around 22 min into the show (this is including commercials) there is a couple shots of no less than 3 stunning women all sitting on a couch with their bare soles facing the camera!!! I haven't seen anything like it before. And then again about an hour and 25 min into the show is another good shot of a drop dead gorgeous blonde wiggling her toes at the camera. I am imploring anyone with the computer savy to look this episode up or find it on your dvr and post some pics of these scenes! I would be forever grateful, and I know a lot of others would appreciate it too!!
