Hi everybody!
As some of you already know, i worked as an artist for 'Toon Tickles'.
However, now that this site has permenantly shut down i've decided to post some of the artwork i did for them.
Please tell me what you think of it.

I think someone (not saying who) might have a thing for under age ticklee's... I am not accusing anyone, becuase that would be very wrong. I am just thowing out a possible answer to Cloudgazers question.

There's nothing illegal about having porn for fictional characters, minor or not. That simply isn't a United States law. The site will remain open regardless of whether or not you guys choose to destroy good topics.

The rules are what they are for a reason. Fictional minors engaged in graphic sex acts *are* illegal under US law, although the act governing this is essentially never enforced. I quote from US Code, TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 71, §1466A:

(a) In General.— Any person who, in a circumstance described in subsection (d), knowingly produces, distributes, receives, or possesses with intent to distribute, a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting, that—
(1)
(A) depicts a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and
(B) is obscene; or
(2)
(A) depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in graphic bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; and
(B) lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value;
or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 2252A (b)(1), including the penalties provided for cases involving a prior conviction.

This does not apply to this thread. NONE of the images I removed qualified for any of those categories. I post this to inform you that your statement that "There's nothing illegal about having porn for fictional characters, minor or not." is incorrect in the United States at the present time.

The no minors rule of the TMF has to do with context. A completely non-sexual image placed in a sexual context has been argued in the courts (with some success) to be pornography. For instance, non-sexual images of children found on the computer of a pedophile can be classified as pornography due to the context in which they would be utilized. Because this is an adult forum and many of the participants view tickling as a sexual thing having minor characters here could constitute pornography due to the context of the board.

Now, let us focus not on this and more on the excellent artwork that has been shared with us.

I remember I was going to flag some of the posts when I first saw this thread
but I noticed that HDS was already on the job.
My fave MOD, he's always so on top of things around here.
