I was wondering that too. It's very dark ink, so maybe she used one of those laser kits? Even the home use ones are supposed to be 95% effective, so if she had it professionally done, and early, maybe they can just remove the whole thing.

Probably, sole tattoos don't have much chance of survival if the girl keeps getting regular pedicures. constant removal of dead skin might get rid of the tattoo very quickly.
