What are you seeing when you attempt to upload? An error? Can you give the exact message you receive? You may be the victim of an issue that we had from some time ago; there is a fix in place but it involves merging accounts. No information is lost in the process but if you wish to preserve your password I'll need it in a PM. Otherwise you will have to reset your password after the fix.

Depending on the error you're getting the fix may be the first thing to try.
