She is very ticklish on average on a scale of 1-10 she is an 8 but when she wears heels on a night out I get her to a 10 especially when I get her right under her toes

Outstanding! Good for you Sir! The best I get my wife is in winter when she wears her Uggs for a bit and her feet are warm and soft. Even a soft ostrich feather TICKLES her feet never mind a good stiff Goose feather.
