Need help finding a video or video clip

I was on Dailymotion and I saw a clip called "Private Angel Gets Her Feet Tickled"

The video was unavailable or removed. But I was able to see the thumbnail.

It was a girl with long brown hair in a green military uniform having her nylon feet tickled.

Does anyone know this clip or video? I'd like to purchase it from whatever site it's available.

I did some google searches, searched here, and searched clips4sale. Came up with nothing.
