She had a ticklish reaction to a pedicure last year, there is a quote from the article that appeared in a newspaper in the ticklish celebrity list part one.

I'm not usually into celebrities, but I would sell my house in town to spend half an hour with Lilly Allen. My God, that girl drives me crazy! It's funny, normally I wouldn't like her music, but because I know it's her I LOVE her music.

Nice find, and a nice little gesture aimed at directly at people like us, don't you think? Evil, evil little girl. =)
