having problems

ok first wanna say love the clip. I had no problem seeing it when i clicked on the link it went right to windows media player, but whenever there's a clip with a .wmv file, like an attached clip, i try clicking on the clip to watch but whenever it opens in windows media player, it says windows media cannot play this file because one or more codecs are required to play...can anyone help me out here???
