Since Teeva has such a fascination with cows, she accidentally abducted Cow Kate, thinking that the costume was real! So to punish Kate for accidentally tricking the Princess, Teeva "using alien tech of course" makes the udder actually real for poor Kate~~

From here there is pretty much the punishment the Princess would do on a cow species... Ferocious tickling on the soles of the feet, some very well placed tickling on the sensitive udder and forced milking using her skillful milking soft toes (which as far as Teeva knows, the cows enjoy it a lot.... Heck, we Podarians actually have a business gathering cow species and milking them this way... )

Teeva knows that the happier the cow, the better the milk, and there is no milk fresher or tastier than that of a vigorously tickled cow girl...
