Hello,

I just got finished watching the Jessica video from tickleslaves (now part of tickling paradise). The video features a lee who supposedly does not know she will be part of a tickling video and begs for it to stop. This goes on for 33 minutes and she seemed pretty desperate at the end.

My question is does anyone know if this was acting or did she actually not know she was gonna be a part of it? At several times during the vid, she threatens to get him into trouble after the vid. My point is that if it was acting, she probably would not have said the type of things she did.

There has been discussions as to whether or not they are legitimately non-consensual.

Personally, I look at it like this. If it was truly not scripted at least one of those women would have gone to the police. Even if they signed a contract the police would've shut that business down at least temporarily while they investigated.

Nothing like that has ever happened to my knowledge with either TS or TP. So I chalk it up to playacting.

Thanks guys. It seemed very genuine when I watched it so it was great acting if it was indeed for show. I have watched parts of the Miranda one but I dont think she was as desperate as Jessica. The thing with Jessica is it seemed almost like a real-life capture of a captive and tickling them for info or out of some type of revenge.

I really hope it was just for show because if it was not, that guy probably narrowly avoided charges.

My guess would be he decided to let the lawyers quibble over what the definition of “is” is in his release contracts, while he watched from a rather distant vantage point.

my opinion, it was a planned trick. they knew they would be tied and dominated even may have known there might be a lil tickling but all were surprised and tricked by what happened. just a guess but some things were said that made it seem they were kinda close (professionally) to the guy yet surprised by what was happening. genuine non-con none the less. if that is acting then awards are due, they seem clearly uncomfortable and if he really did disappear then there prob is a reason. seems a little sick if true.

I guess that depends on your definition of “consensual”. If the release stipulates bondage with non-sexual contact (i.e. no penetration or direct genital contact), but never mentions the word “tickling”, is it consensual or not?

And remember, legally speaking, you need to view these terms through the lens of typical vanilla public interpretation, and not that of TMF sanctioned protocol.

still, if that is the case, he went on for 33 minutes in the jessica video. by the end, she was clearly pissed so if she did not know what to expect, i think the decent thing to do would have been to stop after far less time.

In these as well as the Kospro videos, we do not know exactly what modeling services were contracted for or for what period of time. Was some tickling allowed but went too far? Those videos I have seen make it appear the girl was prepared for bondage, but no tickling. This saying the tickling was non con of course could have been staged as the whole plot of the video. The girls did seem to be upset, but it could be acting. I would think the police would be called in if a restrained and tickled without permission scenario went down.

I heard the creep from TickleSlaves *was brought up on charges, but I haven't seen evidence, if I remember correctly, the friend who mentioned it couldn't find it
(I'm just hoping that's true, if he/they did it, but then Tickling Paradise is criminal for continuing to sell it... regardless of whether or not they did the same thing...).

The fact that it appears that these creeps may really have tortured & traumatized people is slimy enough, nothing like promoting "real" abuse...

...but if they actually did it --- I'd really hope those women weren't too embarrassed (or legally unable?!?!) to bring charges --- I'd think they could, if they could find the videos online...

If someone tried that crap with me and I found I couldn't press charges because of some inadequate wording... 😈 There's no question, I'd find them again....

Pushing someone too far, into an unbearable agonized state that they did not agree to, should clearly be unacceptable and illegal.

If they're not willing, at any point, especially if they're tricked, it's clearly wrong and some sort of assault occurred, even if it's not legally recognized. (If it's not --- that's a law that needs an amendment... )

At the very least it's unwelcome touching, with fingers or instruments --- producing extremely unbearable sensations,
to a degree that was not agreed upon.

There's simply no ethical defense for any of this.

Assuming the woman was tricked - being told they would restrain her without warning of the plan to tickle her - I can see why she was mad! Fellow ticklers know how angry a surprise tickle can make certain girls, so imagine pulling that after cuffing her to a bed and keeping it up long enough to make it into a commercial video.

Legally, perhaps the company had her where they wanted her (in more ways than one) when she signed the modeling contract. But while I am not blaming the victim, were I that woman, knowing these strangers are going to tie me down, I would ask a friend to accompany me to the video shoot. I wonder who would show up for the job by herself.
