Ask yourself. If this was a REAL crime, why on Earth would Paradise Visions purchase the rights of a CRIME on tape and then SELL it to the masses? That would make absolutely no sense at all. The fact that they are selling it lets you know the videos of an actual non-con encounter are simply a storyline...

The question is, would a producer actually take the risk of doing that when he is very well aware that the evidence for what he did is right there on videotape? I don't think a whole lot of people would do that.

The footage has to be fake in the sense that the model knew exactly what was going to happen. The thing to think about is, to this day the footage has created a stir. It is one hell of an performance.

But again, another company purchased the rights and footage from that scene. If it was truly a CRIME, would another producer actually purchase thr rights so they can re-sell it? They obviously know the answer whether it is truly non-consensual or not, and if they are willing to sell the material, then it must be all an act.
