Question about tickle tool

I know this has probably been asked and answered a hundred times but I see a tool used in a lot of tickling videos. It looks like a water pick and it seems to vibrate. It reminds me of an electric toothbrush but its not. Does anyone know what this is and where to find one? It seems to drive the girls nuts! It also seems that it is primarily used for foot tickling. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i was thinking a nail buffer or somthing...its probaly some tool used for girls nails.

Are you referring to the Oral B Hummingbird -- generally used for flossing although its tickling powers are known as well.

It's an electric flosser. You can pick them up at large drugstores for somewhere between $10 and $30, depending on the brand. Not everyone likes them, but they drive some people nuts.
