screen name not fixed

hello its me again the nick The Musician is not working in the log in the chat room.I can log in the Tmf ok but only The shows in the chat room.Do we need to change sreen names.I got the e mail and did the under line,but it still didn't work.BY THE WAY it's no big deal if it can't be fixed just let me know. Thanks
