There is a 1979 sexploitation comedy called "H.O.T.S." about rival sororities - great T&A but mind numbingly bad movie. There is a scene were one girl is spying on another sorority, is abducted into a van, toed up and gagged. Once tied and gagged, one of her female captors chuckles "Let's find out if she's ticklish!" (though all it leads to is a few gooses to the ribs and squeals through gag. - before proceeding to a head shave!
