Hello!
NEST is looking for a few sponsors to fund a new cozy space we are looking to set up! NEST can be intimidating to folks who may be shy or introverted, and we want to create a cozy, intimate space where people can come hang out in a smaller setting than the main space.
What will sponsor money buy? Some new comfortable, cozy, soft, warm, welcoming/inviting furniture (think dorm furniture: inflatables, butterfly chairs, etc), a few blankets, coloring supplies, and maybe some low-key games.
What is NEST? The longest-running tickling gathering in the world!
Silver $150
1/2 Page b/w ad (5.5"x4.25") in NEST attendee Booklet
11x17 color Poster in Cozy Space
Listing in Fetlife Group and on NEST Website
Gold $300 & 10 giveaways of your product to be handed out (Can be a code or a physical product)
Full Page B/W ad (5.5"x8.5") in NEST attendee Booklet
18x24 Color Poster in Cozy Space and at Registration
We'll announce Gold Sponsors during Orientation
Listing in Fetlife Group and on NEST Website
We'll hand your Business/Promotional cards out at Registration if you have them
Platinum $450 & 25 giveaways of your product to be handed out. (Can be a code or a physical product)
Full Page Color ad (5.5"x8.5") in NEST attendee Booklet
24x36 color poster in Cozy Space and at Registration
We'll announce Platinum sponsors during Orientation and at our Auction
Listing in Fetlife Group and on NEST Website
If you have business/promotional cards, we will hand them out at Registration.
Provide a demo reel of your work to be shown Sunday during the play party.
Sponsors will provide all advertisements, artwork & handouts according to the specifications listed,
Payment must be made to NEST and received by March 15, 2020
Artwork must be received by April 1, 2020
Items to be given away must be received by April 15, 2020
