I personally prefer Badminton myself, but if I really, really had to choose, then I would like shot put!

In Grade Eight: I was the shot put champion.

In grade nine to eleven: I was the high hurdle champion of highschool.

NOW: I can eat a whole Bacon double cheeseburger with two strips of bacon and gravy fries in one sitting...And still go back for chocolate cake in the end!!!

While it wasn't a long jump to see your javelin point, let us not vault to conclusions. This isn't a marathon, after all. It may be a hurdle, but sprinting past everyone else before the judges have weighed in won't win you any gold medals.

Not that it means a thing, but my older brother held the state record in the shot put and discus throw for a year in our home state back in the early 1960's.
