Absolutely! Where's there's a lot of drinking, there is ample opportunity to tickle girls. St Patrick's Day is good. Mardi Gras is even better.

I've always thought St. Patrick's Day would be so much better if that's weird tradition here in America was to tickle people who aren't wearing green, not pinch them.
