Lo-Lo is toetied, all ten toes! Her arms outstretched, she is totally at Brooke's mercy. Brooke starts her off with some light tickling, making sure to get her toes good. Brooke rubs her feet down with babyoil and seriously starts to punish Lo Lo with the brush. The only break Lo Lo gets is when Brooke viciously tickles her upperbody!
