The wrong time and the wrong place

OK people again I know there had to be a moment when this happened.


Think of a time when you were tickled or you tickled someone at either the wrong place or wrong time or both. I know some of you had stories.

Tickling CrystalLight outside of the New York Stock Exchange with her protesting with quiet yips of what she called "forced cheer" and "non-concensual happy". Basically her trying to quietly repeat machine gun streams of "no no nononono there are people around, there are people around and its the NY Stock Exchange" under her breath.
