Tickle chair(s)

Anyone know how to obtain plans for, make, or otherwise acquire a good tickle chair? And by good, I mean similar to the ones used on Ticklingparadise in the Contest - NOT Howard Stern's "Tickle Chair".

I'm not the handiest guy around, but I think I could follow a clearly drawn out plan.
