Emi Kobayashi has succeeded in summoning the squid-god Ikukami, and the Takada Academy's female student body are being tickle-tortured non-stop to provide Ikukami with the kusuguri energy needed to fully manifest and take over the world. Our pink-haired heroine Ryu Uchida has been rescued and recruited as a reluctant savior by her old boss, female yakuza Keichi Onadera. Onadera is sure Ryu's ticklish ordeals have provided her with enough kusuguri to defeat Ikukami.
Unfortunately, Ryu isn't wild about putting her own life on the line to save the world, and uses a little tickling-magic of her own to get away from her captors, the all-girl terrorist group known as the Three. But Ryu is far from a kusuguri mistress, and she ends up face-to-face with Emi. Will Emi's own ticklishness finally be revealed? Will Ryu save the world after all? Or will a crucial mistake threaten to plunge the world into a never-ending nightmare of tickling tentacles and tortured tootsies?
