Ticklish World Leaders: Angela Merkel

As a student of International Relations, I have always wondered about the ticklishness of some female world leaders, such as the Philippines' Gloria Arroyo or Ukraine's short-live PM Yulia Tymoshenko (both of whom are quite sexy as far as world leaders go). Well, it seems that my prayers may have been answered regarding Germany's fine Chancellor, Angela Merkel. At a recent conference, my beloved President Bush, the little scamp that he is, gave a quick neck rub to Ms. Merkel. The results were less than tickletastic but still quite electric. Does anyone have any other instances of ticking meets politics. If so, post away. Or, what are your thoughts on tickling as a security risk? I met Condi Rice last year and had there not been an outfit of secret service agents, I may have just snuck in a quick rib poke. Could you imagine the liabilities attached to having a ticklish individual in a position of such high security clearance?

Also, I think now would be the time for someone who speaks German perhaps to contact Ms. Merkel's PR person and ask if she is indeed ticklish. Alas, I don't sprecken any Deutsche. Enjoy!

That looks more like a play-strangle type deal than a neck rub to me. They look like they're just playing around and internet people jut picked it up and ran with it.
