I'm looking for a kind of anime animation of a Girl (blue overall) (not from tv or anything but more amateur made i think) was going to look for a half of a medaillon, she was captured and tickled by a man who has a half tin face and 1 robot arm. He tickled her feet with that while a henchman held her foot down. It's in english btw..
