I'd say fingers and toothbrush most at 9 or 10 out of 10. Pens sometimes scratch and it has to be a stiff feather to really tickle me

I need to smell these feet IMMEDIATELY after each shoe is removed, running my nose all across and in between the leathery scented toes before SEVERELY PUNISHING both feet at the same time using the rubber bands and all ten fingertips, BOTH poor feet would be tickled at the same time until you were begging me for mercy and then until you started crying when you realized the cruel tickling WOULD NOT stop and had not stopped for at least 30 minutes straight, after which time you hyperventalated from excessive laughter causing you to pass out and completely lose all consciences.

I LOVE it...so sexy. Great looking feet and wonderful use of everyday furniture. Like the position and having to look at the very shoes that were once protecting your now vulnerable feet, wishing they were still doing their job!!
