Trying to upload a home movie of my friend's feet (girl)

I wanted to upload a video embedded of my friend. She doesn't want it on youtube so i can't just post a link. Can anyone walk me through the process?

you cant upload it here if it is over 6MB. If it is under 6MB, just do a post and attach the file. if it is over 6MB, youll have to use a hosting site such as www.megaupload.com then once its uploaded, you post the link here for people to download the file. Megaupload will give you a link to copy and paste. Also, just so you know, if theres no tickling in the clip, youll have to post it in the non-tickling clips subforum since it woule be off topic in the tickling clip section, as your current post is.

Ok now another question. I accidentally posted this video in the tickling section when actually it is a foot fetish video with no tickling. how can i move the pos without reposting everything?
