Found this scene listed on Brian's bondage database but can't find any mention. Seems strange to make up. Has anybody else heard/seen in??

Description: Maddy Riley (Quentin) and her teenage son Danny get lost on the way driving to some relatives. they are soon picked up by female gang boss Ivana and her female soldiers.

Excellent sole shots as Quentin (and her son) are tied down to leather benches (with thick nylon rope), with electroydes sellotaped to their bare toes. After Maddy complains that it tickles, Ivana puts the velocity to full, leaving mother and son in hysterical ticklish laughter.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it sounds pretty fake! Oh, and having done a quick Google search no such episode or storyline seems to exist that goes along those lines in the programme.

But then it never appealed to me so a hardcore fan or viewer may know something i don't and its hidden location

Highly unlikely, that show was your standard family friendly not so funny british sitcom on the BBC.
